A home or work space must be a reflection of the client, not the preconceived ideas of the designer.
Helping clients realize their hopes and dreams for their space is my passion. Creating beautiful, functional, individualized spaces to reflect the client’s personality and lifestyle is an exciting journey. It is fun to see my clients living and moving within a space that has been designed to meet the many design challenges they presented at the start of the project.
Susan M. Grady
NWSID Past President
Hello and welcome! My name is Susan Grady. I began my career in Interior Design by completing a four year degree in Interior Design from Cal Poly State University at San Luis Obispo. Following graduation, I gained practical work and business experience as an independent interior designer and as a sales representative for a fabric distributor with a showroom in the San Francisco Galleria Design Center.
Utilizing my creative design abilities and expertise, command of color, attention to detail, and problem solving skills, I guide my clients through the exciting design process. This involves encouraging and nurturing the ideas of my clients, helping them to discover and clarify their desires and preferences.
I present creative ideas and introduce them to talented professional resources. Generally, each project has many problems to be solved and I enjoy the challenge of designing the best solutions.
