Grady Interiors was hired to help the client maintain the character and age of their home in the remodel of their kitchen. The clients were already working with the contractor, but were feeling overwhelmed and confused by the many choices available. Grady Interiors stepped in to offer assistance and direction throughout the project. Susan Grady consulted with the clients about the layout and architectural elements of the space; guided them in the lighting layout and selection of the lighting fixtures; created a color palette; selected all materials including countertops and flooring; confirmed the cabinet style and finish; selected paint color and placement; designed the tile backsplash; and selected window treatments. Upon the completion of the kitchen, the project expanded to include decorative elements and custom drapery treatments in the dining room and living room, as well as all new living room furniture.
