“The Highlander” — Street of New Beginnings 2004
“East meets West” in the Highlander. The open floor plan of the house is designed as a tribute to nature. Attention to detail is evident in the selection of materials used to create an essence of simplicity: artistic wall finishes, metallic mosaic tiles, glass work, iron work, stone and porcelain countertops, and carefully placed art niches. Colors reflect the grey warm tones mixed with saturated hues and metallic finishes. The tribute to nature is carried through by using a tropical garden as the decorating inspiration for selection of fabrics and accessories.
